This is the second single in 2007, and it was the first single released one week before the release of the major 3rd album " FAMILIA ". The first production edition features a wide cap sticker drawn from Naruto Shippuden .
The title song "Shooting Star-" is used by baseball player Lee Byung-kei of the Chunichi Dragons era and baseball player Wakatake Ryushi of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters as entry tunes.
